Plan hitting bays, seating, walkways and operator access together. Discuss player handedness, coaching, events and expected usage before choosing equipment.

Specify the operating setup
Confirm commercial software licensing, accounts, network connections and computer requirements. Booking systems and recurring subscriptions should have their own scope and budget.

Plan for service
Screens and hitting surfaces are wear items. Define replacement access, support responsibilities and maintenance expectations in the proposal; ongoing service is separately scoped.
